There was no one hotter in the Sub League 2 last week as Tyrell Godwin attacked enemy pitching with a vengeance to collect the Player of the Week Award.
The 27-year-old Boardman first baseman batted .522 with 12 hits in 23 at-bats, no home runs and 2 RBIs.
His current batting average stands at .412 and he has chalked up 2 home runs and 13 RBIs. |

Not every ball that came off Tyrell Godwin's bat last week was a line drive or a towering shot -- it just seemed that way to the teams that played the Boardman Turmoil. For his exploits, Godwin was named this week's Sub League 2 Player of the Week award.
