In a game played at Ballpark of Clarendon Hills, the Clarendon Hills left fielder blistered the Durham Elite for 5 hits in 5 at-bats to pace his club to a 15-8 victory.
"Dubois was too tough to get out today," the Elite skipper said in his postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too."
J. Dubois hit an RBI double in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, doubled in the 6th, walked in a run in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.

Clarendon Hills third baseman Brent Butler really lit up the Lowell Commandos with a 5-hit barrage today at Ballpark of Clarendon Hills -- a performance that sparked the Islanders to a 10-9 triumph.
He shrugged off the performance after the game and said, "Sometimes the ball finds outfielders, today the ball found some holes."
B. Butler flied out in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off J. Unknown in the 5th, singled in the 7th, doubled in the 9th and tripled in the 10th.
