Friday, December 28th, 2007: Milwaukee Brewers Hall to Tampa Bay for Qualls
Officials for the Milwaukee Brewers confirmed that they have traded 28-year old center fielder Bill Hall to the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. In return, the Brewers will receive 29-year old reliever Chad Qualls.

Lifetime Hall is batting .262 and has hit 92 home runs.

In his career totals Qualls has 12 saves with a 15-8 record and a 4.17 ERA.
Sunday, December 2nd, 2007: Devil Rays Trade Cantu to Giants for Roberts
Officials for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays confirmed that they have traded 25-year old third baseman Jorge Cantu to the San Francisco Giants. In return, the Devil Rays will receive 35-year old center fielder Dave Roberts.

Looking at his all-time stats, Cantu has a career .293 average with 501 hits, 90 doubles, 11 triples, 79 home runs and 286 RBIs to date. He has scored 263 runs, walked 99 times and stolen 4 bases.

During his career Roberts is hitting .266 with a total of 45 home runs.
Saturday, November 24th, 2007: Astros and Devil Rays Agree to Deal
The Houston Astros have finalized a deal with the Tampa Bay Devil Rays for the services of 26-year old third baseman Kevin Kouzmanoff and 22-year old minor league closer David Stone. In exchange, the Devil Rays will receive 33-year old first baseman Steve Cox and $3,000,000 in cash.

Lifetime Cox has connected for 100 home runs, hit .264 and driven in 412 runs.

Kouzmanoff has played in 142 games with a .254 career batting average and 122 hits. He also has scored 60 runs and driven in 75 runs with 14 home runs.
